Yogurt powder is yogurt dried to a powder and used as a tangy dairy note in savoury seasonings. It is listed on the back panel of the 2006 Pringles Hot & Spicy can as "yogourt en poudre" in the French block and "yoghurtpoeder" in the Dutch block.[1]
