Wholemeal rye flour is flour milled from the whole rye grain, bran and germ included. It is the only grain ingredient of Wasa Léger crispbread, declared on the pack at 110 g per 100 g of finished product.[1] Rye is one of the gluten-containing cereals, and the French pack listing declares "seigle" as the allergen present.[2]
