Dietary fibre milled from wheat, used to bind and texturise spreads and sauces; as a cereal containing gluten it is a declarable allergen. An earlier label of Lisner's Pastella egg spread lists "błonnik pszenny" where the current one prints unqualified fibre.^[1]
