Triethanolamine is an organic compound, N(CH2CH2OH)3, a colourless viscous liquid that is both a tertiary amine and a triol and is used mainly in making surfactants and emulsifiers.[1] It stands seventh in the INCI list on the base of Dove Body Love Rich Nourishment Cream.[2]
