Tapioca starch, the starch extracted from cassava root. In Pressed Juicery's Probiotic Shot it is not a thickener in its own right but the carrier the live cultures are supplied on: the current label declares it inside the cultures bracket, while the 2022 label listed it separately just before them.[1][2]
