Sulphites are one of the allergens that must be declared on food labels. The 2025 Canadian label of Unico Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 500 ml prints Contains Sulphites / Contient Sulfites.^[1] The 2019 label listed SULFITES last in its ingredients.^[2]
