Rice flour

About

Rice flour is milled from rice grains and is used with wheat starch and maize flour in the dough of extruded potato crisps, where it contributes to the crisp texture.^[1] The Polish label for Pringles Original declares it as "mąka ryżowa" and the French panel as "farine de riz".^[2][3]
