Puffed rice (Spanish arroz inflado, Portuguese arroz tufado) is often a compound ingredient. On the Tokke Original label it makes up 6 % and consists of rice flour, wheat flour, palm oil, wheat gluten, sugar, wheat malt, dextrose and salt.[1] The maker's current list gives a shorter recipe of wheat flour, rice flour, sugar, salt and lecithin.[2]
