Polysorbate 60 (polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monostearate) is one of the polysorbates, a class of emulsifiers derived from ethoxylated sorbitan esterified with fatty acids and used in food preparation.[1] Kraft Creamy French Dressing declares it on the Kraft Heinz US product page.[2]
