The poblano is a mild chili pepper (Capsicum annuum) from Puebla, Mexico; dried, it is called ancho.[1] It is listed as "POBLANO PEPPERS / PIMENTS POBLANOS" in Uncle Ben's Bistro Express Mexican Style rice.[2]
