Oats are a cereal grain and the main ingredient of oat drinks; Oatly Oat Drink Organic declares organic oats at 10 %.[1] Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 lists oats among the cereals containing gluten, so they must be emphasised in the ingredient list.[2] On that carton the German label underlines "Hafer", and the Dutch listing prints "HAVER" in capitals.[1][3]
