Natural mineral water

About

Natural mineral water in EU labelling is water from an underground water table or deposit, drawn from one or more natural or bored springs, microbiologically wholesome at source and bottled at the spring without treatment beyond those the directive permits; carbon dioxide may be added or removed.[1] Because it is a single-ingredient food it carries a sales denomination rather than an ingredient list, and the label instead prints an extract of a laboratory analysis of its mineral content.[2]
