Mango pulp is the sieved flesh of the mango, the fruit component that carries the flavour of a ready-to-drink mango beverage and the ingredient whose percentage such a drink declares. Parle Agro says Frooti is made with real mango pulp, which is what lets the drink be sold outside the Indian mango season.[1] The export labels recorded for Frooti's 200 mL carton declare it at 16.2 % and at 16.8 % of the finished drink, while the carton photographed in 2021 states 18 % mango juice on the front of the panel.[2][3] It is listed here as a fruit preparation rather than as an additive: it carries no E number.
