Linalyl acetate is the acetate ester of linalool, found in many flowers and spice plants and one of the principal components of the essential oils of bergamot, lavender and lemon; it is widely used as a fragrance.[1] It is printed as "Linalyl Acetate" in the INCI ingredient list of the Dove Men+Care Advanced Invisible Dry roll-on, among the fragrance components.[2]
