About
Sugar substitute made of a mixture of two disaccharide alcohols, 1,6-GPS and 1,1-GPM. It has about half the energy of sugar, is less sweet and does not promote tooth decay.[1] Trident Hierbabuena lists it among its sweeteners, as "isomaltosa" on the 2020 label and "isomalt" on the 2017 label.[2][3]
