Unqualified dietary fibre added as a bulking and texturising ingredient; the label names no botanical source. Lisner prints it simply as "błonnik" in the current Pastella egg spread, where an earlier list had wheat fibre.[1] Because the source plant is not declared, no allergen is recorded here: the wholesale sheet for the same article still lists cereals containing gluten among its allergens.[2]
