Dehydrated potato, sold as flakes or granules, is the base of extruded potato snacks, which are formed from a dough rather than sliced from whole potatoes. Wikipedia gives Pringles as about 42% potato content, the remainder being wheat starch and corn and rice flours.^[1] The declaration appears on Polish-market packs as "rozdrobnione płatki ziemniaczane" and on the French panel as "pommes de terre déshydratées".^[2]^[3]
