Green colour: the copper complex of chlorophyllin, a semi-synthetic, water-soluble derivative of chlorophyll, known as CI Natural Green 5:1 with the E number E141(ii).[1] Trident Hierbabuena lists it as "complejos cúpricos de clorofilinas".[2]
