Concentrated lemon juice

Concentrated lemon juice is lemon juice from which most of the water has been removed; soft drinks use it to acidify and to round the taste without adding a separate acidulant. It stands fourth in the German ingredient list trinkgut publishes for its Leonie Apfelschorle, printed there as "Zitronensaftkonzentrat".^[1]
