About
Coconut milk is a plant milk extracted from the grated pulp of mature coconuts; its opacity and rich taste come from its high oil content, most of it saturated fat.[1] On the Canadian Ben's Original Bistro Express Jasmine Rice Coconut Flavour pouch it is the third ingredient, printed "Coconut milk (coconut extract, water, guar gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan)" and "Lait de coco" in the French block.[2]
