About
Cocoa butter, also called theobroma oil, is a pale-yellow edible fat extracted from the cocoa bean; it is an essential ingredient of chocolate, melts slightly below body temperature, and contains no dairy or other animal product, so it is vegan.[1] It is the second ingredient of Ritter Sport White Hazelnuts, where it supplies the fat of the white chocolate.[2]
