CI 15850 is the Colour Index number of a red azo colourant (CAS 5858-81-1, disodium 3-hydroxy-4-[(4-methyl-2-sulphonatophenyl)azo]-2-naphthoate) that the EU CosIng inventory lists as a cosmetic colorant under Annex IV entry 27; ingredient lists also print it as Red 6 or Red 7.[1] It is one of the colourants in the Vaseline Lip Therapy Rosy Lipstick, as listed on Vaseline's UK product page.[2]
