About
Broccoli is an edible green plant in the cabbage family, Brassica oleracea, whose large flowering head and stalk are eaten as a vegetable.[1] As a packaged-food ingredient it appears fresh, frozen or dried; the 9.4 oz Velveeta Shells & Cheese Broccoli box sold in the United States declares DRIED BROCCOLI after its pasta and cheese sauce.[2]
