Basmati rice

About

Basmati rice is an aromatic rice. Tilda sells Pure Basmati Rice as dry rice, labelled gluten free and vegan, and says it can only be grown and harvested in the foothills of the Himalayas.^[1] On the Tilda 1 kg bag it is the sole ingredient, printed as "Pure Basmati rice".^[2]
