About

The Mars bar is the caramel and nougat bar coated in milk chocolate that Forrest Mars Sr. first made in Slough in 1932, modelled on his father's Milky Way bar and adjusted for European tastes; with minor variations it is sold worldwide except in the United States, and reached Belgium in 1970. It is produced in several formats at once: fun size and snack size miniatures, multipack bars, the standard single bar, and the king-size bar that was replaced by a pack of two bars.[1]
