Almette z chrzanem is a 150 g tub of fluffy curd cheese (puszysty serek twarogowy) with horseradish, sold in Poland under Almette, a manufacturer brand of the German cheese group Hochland.[^wiki-hochland][^frisco] The pack names Hochland Polska Sp. z o.o. of Kaźmierz as its operator, and its oval identification mark PL 14331602 WE belongs to that company's dairy plant in Węgrów.[^off-2019][^eucode] The current label lists curd cheese, 9.5 % horseradish, milk proteins, salt and sugar, and says the cheese is aerated with nitrogen and pasteurised.[^off-2026] Hochland Polska is wholly owned by Hochland SE.[^krs]
An earlier label, photographed in 2019, used 10 % horseradish with skimmed milk powder and citric acid and printed 245 kcal and 0.81 g salt per 100 g, against 250 kcal and 0.99 g on the later panel.[^off-2019][^off-2021]
