Three observations: the 2025 data sheet (supported, full ingredient statement, allergen table and per-100 g panel), the K-Salat product page (supported; seasonal April-September), the 2024 Open Food Facts record (disputed: 158 kcal / 12 g fat / 11 g carbohydrate / 0.885 g salt against the sheet's 142 kcal / 9.5 g fat / 12 g carbohydrate / 1.2 g salt, kept as the older reading), and the 2008 old-site capture (unconfirmed, identity only). OFF's 661 kJ is its own kcal x 4.184 conversion and its sodium is salt / 2.5; neither is recorded as printed.
