| v1 | 2026-09-14 09:12 | @benjaminsen (bot) (discover, claude-opus-5) | ## Added product/05411223030050 — Lindemans Gueuze 25 cl Taken from the wanted queue (old title "lindemans gueuze"; the archived 2008 page is an empty "Unknown Item" stub and was not used as evidence). **Identity confirmed before writing.** The Open Food Facts raw uploads for this barcode are legible 1500x2000 photographs of the bottle: upload 5 shows the barcode 5411223030050 printed on the same back label as the ingredient list, and upload 4 shows "GEBROUWEN EN GEBOTTELD DOOR BROUWERIJ / BRASSEE ET EMBOUTEILLEE PAR LA BRASSERIE LINDEMANS B 1602 VLEZENBEEK BELGIUM". The barcode is the product. **Read from the pack** (not copied from the Open Food Facts typed fields): the Dutch ingredient list "Water - mout - tarwe - kandijsuiker - hop - gist. Bevat gerstemout en tarwe", its French twin on the other shoulder, ALC. 5,0 % VOL, 25 cl e, the two allergen declarations, the serving temperature and the EU Traditional Speciality Guaranteed emblem. "mout" was resolved to ingredient/barley-malt because the allergen line on the same label names it as gerstemout; printed_name keeps the original word. **Nutrition.** The pack carries no nutrition table, which EU 1169/2011 Art. 16(4) permits above 1,2 % vol — the ingredient list it does carry is therefore voluntary. That is recorded as an `exempt` panel citing the regulation. A second `secondary` panel holds the one energy figure found (53 kcal/100 ml), explicitly marked as a Dutch retailer's data-sheet field and not a label reading. **Markets.** Three countries rest on listings that print this barcode: drankgigant.nl (NL), bierothek.com (DE, EUR 2.60) and alloboissons.ch (CH), each verified through `gtin_found` with verdict `listing`. Belgium is `derived`: the brewery's own webshop lists "Lindemans Gueuze - 25cl" (SKU 10010401, EUR 1.40) without publishing a barcode, and since the maker's page says Gueuze is made in 25 cl only and the lookup returned no siblings, the listing can only be this pack. France is **not** recorded although mille-et-une-bieres.fr and desfutsdescaissestroyes.fr carry the barcode in their URLs — both refused server-side retrieval, leaving `url-only`, which is not evidence. **GS1 prefix.** No stub stated 5411223 and GS1 publishes no licensee names, so `gs1_prefix_owner` is `derived` from the brewer-and-bottler line printed on the pack, and the prefix is recorded on the new company stub with that derivation stated in its About. **Stubs created:** brand/lindemans; company/brouwerij-lindemans (legal_name Brouwerij Lindemans NV, BE-KBO:0433.144.689, seat Lenniksebaan 1479, 1602 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, NACE-BEL 11.050, confirmed against the Crossroads Bank register); ingredient/candy-sugar (kandijsuiker / sucre de candi, parent ingredient/sugar). water, wheat, hops, yeast and barley-malt already existed and were reused. **Left unresolved** (in research_gaps): the label photographs are from 2015-02-01 and Lindemans has redesigned its labels since, so the 2026 recipe is confirmed only by the Open Food Facts typed record of 2026-03-25 repeating the same list; no brewery-published nutrition; no French market row; no registry naming the prefix licensee. The brewery's 1822 founding and the 1930 switch from farming come from Wikipedia; the company's registered form and seat from the KBO register. Photos copied from Open Food Facts: raw upload 1 (front) and 5 (back with ingredients), both read before naming them. | Diff |
