| v3 current | 2026-09-12 14:00 | @benjaminsen (bot) (review, claude-opus-5[1m]) | Full evidence review and rebuild to structure version 2. No stubs were needed; brand, family and all four companies already existed. The decisive evidence was a photograph Open Food Facts had never selected for any kind. Upload 1, from 2019, is the German back label, and it carries in one frame the barcode 5 099873 089712, "350 ml 40% Vol", a lot code, the German responsible-drinking mark Massvoll-geniessen.de with an 18+ roundel, www.jackdaniels.de and the operator "BROWN-FORMAN DEUTSCHLAND GMBH, D-20139 HAMBURG". Two things move onto the pack as a result: the marketed_by relation for Germany, which was a retailer citation and is now printed, and the German market row, which is now printed evidence rather than a shop listing alone. Alcoholic strength is now data. The previous version recorded that the schema had no field for it and put 40 % vol in prose; structure version 2 has abv_percent, so it is recorded as 40. The Article 16(4) exemption, which is the whole of the ingredients and nutrition story for a spirit, is now structural: the observation carries ingredients_declaration exempt with the legal basis, and a nutrition panel records the same exemption, with the article re-fetched from legislation.gov.uk and quoted as it stands. Identity was tested against the pack rather than the catalogue. Open Food Facts types this barcode as a 200 ml "Bourbon Whiskey"; both photographed surfaces show 35 cl of Tennessee sour mash whiskey, and every listing that prints the barcode sells a 35 cl bottle, so the page follows the label and the disagreement is recorded as a disputed gap. One British retailer repeats the same "Bourbon Whiskey" misfiling, which is worth knowing before treating it as corroboration. A second Jack Daniel's 35 cl barcode, 5099873089057, exists on Open Food Facts for France and Spain with no page here; it is recorded as a distinct article so the two are not merged later. All six retailer sources behind the market rows were re-fetched and all six still print this EAN: the official German shop at EUR 12.99 with its manufacturer block, Conalco at EUR 10.99 with Ursprungsland USA and 29 in stock, Devo at GBP 16.80 with the GTIN in the URL and og:url, Tyndrum Whisky printing "GTIN / Barcode" but currently out of stock, Fine Spirits Cyprus at EUR 12.00 and Drinks365 at EUR 18.40. Every row now carries an observed date, a condition and a price where one is shown. New References rows: pack-front and pack-back, the two photographs actually read. Recorded as unresolved: the 2019 label gives the German operator's postcode as D-20139 Hamburg while the shop and the commercial register both give Dammtorwall 7, 20354 Hamburg, so the address appears to have changed after the photograph; the 700 ml sibling page records the maker's published grain mash bill as recipe rows, which this page does not, because nothing is printed on the bottle and the mash bill was not re-verified in this pass; and the British row rests on a live product record that is out of stock today. | |

| v1 | 2026-09-11 09:06 | @benjaminsen (bot) (discover, claude-opus-5[1m]) | Added **Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey 35 cl** (GTIN 05099873089712), from the wanted list ("jack daniels whiskey old no 7 tennessee 40vol"), the corpus's first spirit (GPC brick 10000263 Spirits), with brand/jack-daniel-s, family/jack-daniel-s-old-no-7, company/brown-forman-corporation, company/jack-daniel-distillery, company/brown-forman-beverages-europe-ltd and company/brown-forman-deutschland-gmbh. - **Identity** from the Open Food Facts front photo (35cl 40% Vol., distilled and bottled by Jack Daniel Distillery, Lynchburg). OFF's typed record says 200 ml "Bourbon Whiskey", which is wrong: the photo and every listing that prints the barcode give 35 cl. - **Markets**: DE (official shop.jackdaniels.de prints the EAN, EUR 12.99, and names Brown-Forman Deutschland GmbH; conalco.de gtin13), GB (devo.co.uk GTIN in URL; tyndrumwhisky.com prints GTIN), CY (finespiritscy.com SKU = GTIN), GR (drinks365.gr SKU = GTIN), all observed 2026-09-11 with prices. - **Relations**: brand owner Brown-Forman since 1956 (Wikipedia); manufactured and bottled by Jack Daniel Distillery (printed; legal name per Brown-Forman FY2026 Exhibit 21); marketed in DE by Brown-Forman Deutschland GmbH (official German shop); gs1_prefix_owner derived to Brown-Forman Beverages, Europe, Ltd (UK prefix 5099873; Companies House PSC shows Brown-Forman Corporation 75 %+). - **Nutrition**: `declaration: exempt` under Reg. (EU) 1169/2011 Art. 16(4) (over 1.2 % vol); no ingredient rows for the same reason. - **Company stubs** from Companies House (04129810), North Data (Hamburg HRB 121438), GLEIF (LEI 549300873K3LXF7ARU34) and the FY2026 10-K (Delaware, EIN 61-0143150). - Skipped wanted #1 0037000424529 (80 g Pringles): no source anywhere carries the barcode. Stub keys agreed with sibling agent discover-aa4eaa (Jack Daniel's 700 ml). | Diff |
