*Music to Make Love to Your Old Lady By* is the UK and European compact disc of the only studio album by Lovage, first released by 75 Ark in 2001.[^wp-album] Dan the Automator led the project under his pseudonym Nathaniel Merriweather, with Mike Patton and Jennifer Charles on vocals.[^wp-lovage] This 16-track edition carries catalogue number AKCD5052 and the Tommy Boy label code, because 75 Ark licensed the recording exclusively to Tommy Boy Music in the EU.[^discogs][^musicbrainz] It was glass-mastered by Sonopress, manufactured in the EU and distributed in the UK by Pinnacle.[^discogs] The album peaked at number 37 on the Billboard Independent Albums chart.[^wp-album]
