Markets FR, BE, NL, PL, FI, IT printed; MT sourced from Mgarr Farms (barcode as SKU, EUR 1.25, in stock). Mars 51 g is the single Mars bar sold under this barcode across continental Europe: milk chocolate around a nougat and caramel centre, a bar Mars has made since 1932.[^wp-mars][^off-pl-2022] Its wrappers are printed for France, Belgium and the Netherlands,[^off-fr-2023] Poland,[^off-pl-2022] Finland[^off-fi-2019] and Italy,[^off-it-2024] and an Arabic and English export wrapper of 2024 names Mars Nederland B.V. of Veghel as the manufacturer and the Netherlands as the country of origin.[^off-gcc-2024] The barcode itself comes from the 5000159 block that GS1 records against Mars Chocolat France, now Mars Wrigley Confectionery France.[^gs1-gdsn]
The label has changed between generations. The 2022 Polish wrapper lists skimmed milk powder, whey powder, milk protein and natural vanilla extract, while the 2023 French, Belgian and Dutch wrapper adds whole milk powder, replaces whey powder with whey permeate, adds starch and drops milk protein and vanilla; both warn that the bar may contain peanut and hazelnut.[^off-pl-2022][^off-fr-2023] The Maltese grocer Mgarr Farms listed the bar at EUR 1.25 in September 2026,[^mgarr] and the wholesaler Famobra sells it in cases of 24, 1,080 bars to a pallet.[^famobra]
