The lookup's `conflict` was spurious: both catalogues name the same product. **Two concurrent labels, not one revision.** The photographed statement (SUGAR, MILK SOLIDS, COCOA BUTTER, COCOA MASS, VEGETABLE OIL ... COCOA SOLIDS 26%, MILK SOLIDS 20%) differs from the statement typed in USDA and OFF (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, dried skimmed MILK, dried whey, MILK fat, vegetable fats (palm, shea) ... COCOA SOLIDS 25%, MILK SOLIDS 14%). They are recorded as two observations, `au-2015` (read from the pack, Food Standards Code panel) and `gdsn-us` (US trade data), neither presented as superseding the other. OFF's typed statement is the USDA statement word for word, so the two count as one line of evidence, which is said in the observation note. **Misprint recorded, not corrected.** The Australian panel prints saturated fat per 100 g as `60.4g` - the same number as the carbohydrate row and more than twice the 28.7 g total fat. The printed per-serve column is its own panel. **OFF's nutriments are a blend.** Its fat 28.5 / saturates 17.5 / sugars 59.5 / fibre 2.1 come from USDA while its energy 2190 kJ and carbohydrate 60.4 g match the Australian panel. Only what the USDA record itself carries was entered on `us-100`; carbohydrate is left `not_researched` with the reason. **Markets held to the evidence.** `country_of_sale` is AU and US only. AU is `derived`, not `printed`: the panel format is the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code one (%DI against an 8700 kJ diet) and the photo is a shelf shot, but that panel is equally legal in New Zealand, so the note says the panel alone does not separate the two. US is `sourced` from the USDA GDSN record for this GTIN. **GB was deliberately left out** although OFF tags `en:united-kingdom` and the old Barcodepedia page for this barcode was British - a contributor tag and an archived 2008 page are not market evidence, and no listing printing this GTIN was found; that is a recorded research gap. **No gs1_prefix_owner edge.** Nothing names the licensee of prefix 5000136; OFF and USDA both carry a null `brand_owner`, so the edge is omitted and the gap recorded rather than guessing a Mondelez subsidiary. `country_of_origin` is likewise empty: no photographed surface says where it was made, and Wikipedia's Poland/Strasbourg statements are about the line, not this pack.
