Sloboda Olivkovy (Слобода Оливковый) is a 67 % fat mayonnaise made with sunflower and olive oils, sold in a 375 g (400 ml) spouted doy-pack under the Sloboda brand of the Russian oil-and-fat group EFKO.[^wiki-efko] The back label names OAO EFKO of Alekseevka, Belgorod oblast, as manufacturer, lists production sites in Alekseevka and at its Sverdlovsk and Moscow-region branches, and cites the standard GOST 31761-2012.[^pack-2017] The recipe is short: oils, water, sugar, egg yolk, salt, lemon juice, vinegar and mustard oil.[^pack-2021] The declared energy per 100 g rose from 613 kcal on the 2017 label to 620 kcal on the 2021 label, with less protein and more carbohydrate.[^pack-2017][^pack-2021] A Moscow grocer lists this barcode.[^belprodykt]
EFKO put its first branded sunflower oil on the market as Sloboda in 1996, entered mayonnaise in 1998 and launched a mayonnaise with olive oil a year later.[^wiki-efko]
