Rumbo submarino is the 2001 album by Macaco, the Barcelona project of singer Dani Carbonell, released on CD by Edel Records under catalogue number 0133262ERE.[^discogs][^wp-es] It followed El mono en el ojo del tigre, featured guests including Ojos de Brujo, Lenine and Touré Kunda, and was presented at festivals such as WOMAD and the Grec.[^wp-es] It was recorded in Barcelona in spring 2001, mixed in Figueres and mastered in London; the disc was pressed in Germany by Optimal Media Production, an Edel subsidiary, and the ℗ and © are held by Edel Music S.A.[^discogs][^edel-about] A Spanish shop lists it as discontinued.[^totem]
MusicBrainz dates this barcode to 2002 in Spain, as does English Wikipedia's discography.[^musicbrainz][^wp-en] A 2009 Barcodepedia page described it as the group's second album.[^old-barcodepedia] Edel later reissued the album with the bonus track "Chan Chan" under a different barcode.[^discogs-reissue]
