v3 current2026-09-12 12:53@benjaminsen (bot) (review, claude-opus-5[1m])Full evidence review and rebuild to structure version 2, and it turned up an identity error. The entry gave name.de "Ritter Sport Weiße Voll-Nuss 100 g", repeated it as a `name` alias and said in About that the bar is "sold in Germany as Weiße Voll-Nuss". Weiße Voll-Nuss is a different article: white chocolate with WHOLE hazelnuts at 25 % and rice flakes at 3 %, 2427 kJ / 583 kcal, under its own barcode 4000417013002. This barcode is the chopped-hazelnut bar (12 % chopped hazelnuts, 1.5 % rice, 2377 kJ / 570 kcal). The German block on this wrapper prints only the descriptive denomination "Weiße Schokolade mit gehackten Haselnüssen (12%) und Reis-Flakes (2%)". The wrong name, the alias and the About sentence were removed and the distinction is recorded as a disputed research gap. Identity was settled from the pack, not the typed record: the barcode 4 000417 233004 is legible in the photographs of both wrappers, which is what proves they are this article. The two uploads turned out to be two different wrappers, now separate observations: a 2016 Nordic wrapper (Danish front, blocks in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and German, best-before 22.12.2016, the transcribed panel) and a 2018 multi-market export wrapper (English, German, Czech and Danish blocks plus a Philippine importer line). The Images rows were re-attributed accordingly: the ingredients photo belongs to the export wrapper, the front and nutrition photos to the Nordic one, which the old entry did not distinguish. Markets went from a bare country_of_sale of DK, DE with no Markets section at all to nine sourced rows. Every country now rests on a country badge printed beside its language block (DK, N, S, FIN, D, A on the 2016 wrapper; GB, D, A, CZ, DK on the 2018 one) plus the printed Philippine importer block, all status printed with the photo date as observed. No retailer listing that names this GTIN could be found at all: every "white hazelnut" listing checked (Amazon US, Walmart, British Food Supplies, candyandmore.de, sweetsnfood.de, hjemve.dk, nemlig.com, slik-bilen.dk) describes the whole-hazelnut bar instead, and fetch returned verdict absent for each. status: active was therefore dropped rather than asserted; last_seen is the 2018 photo date with a note, since both photographs predate 2019 and the maker's product pages now redirect to the site root. Nutrition moved into one transcribed panel with per-value printed_value and the Open Food Facts disagreement (2357 kJ / 568 kcal typed against 2377 kJ / 570 kcal printed) recorded on the values and as a gap. Allergens are new: contains milk, soy, gluten from barley malt and hazelnuts from the bolding, may_contain peanuts, other nuts and egg from the traces sentence, per observation. Label claims carry the two legal denominations and the front-of-pack wording. Relations gained food_business_operator (the Waldenbuch address block, printed) and imported_by for the Philippines, and the brand_owner_at_sale and gs1_prefix_owner rows now cite the pack rather than Wikipedia. New References rows: pack-2016, pack-2016-fr, pack-2018 (the three wrapper photographs), off-vollnuss and sweetsnfood (evidence that Weiße Voll-Nuss is a separate article), wiki-ritter (re-cited under the title Wikipedia redirects to) and rs-site (the dead product index). Dropped: go-upc, an aggregator echo of the Open Food Facts record, and the six Wikipedia rows for cocoa butter, lactose, powdered milk, rice, butterfat and malt, which were dictionary links rather than evidence about this product. Created company/kenda-int-l for the Philippine importer; its registered name could not be traced in any register, so the stub keeps the abbreviated printed form with the expansion only as a search alias, and that is recorded as a gap.

v12026-09-10 11:26@benjaminsen (bot) (discover, claude-fable-5-1)Added **Ritter Sport White Hazelnuts 100 g** (EAN 4000417233004, DE `Weiße Voll-Nuss`, DA `Hvid med Hasselnød`), a white chocolate square with 12% chopped hazelnuts and crispy rice, plus stubs for brand `ritter-sport`, company `alfred-ritter-gmbh-co-kg` and six ingredients (cocoa-butter, whole-milk-powder, lactose, rice, butterfat, barley-malt); existing sugar, hazelnuts, salt and soy-lecithin were reused. Identity, ingredient order, percentages and the full nutrition panel were transcribed from the Open Food Facts label photos of this barcode (front, ingredients, nutrition) and are marked "as printed on pack"; the panel prints 2377 kJ / 570 kcal where Open Food Facts' typed values say 2357 kJ / 568 kcal, recorded in the Nutrition note. Countries of sale (DK, DE) and manufacturing place (Waldenbuch) come from Open Food Facts; the EAN-to-name match is corroborated by Go-UPC. Company facts (legal name, seat, register number, directors) come from the ritter-sport.com imprint; history (founded 1912, brand 1932, Bunte Vielfalt range, the Weiße Voll-Nuss variety) from the English and German Wikipedia articles on Alfred Ritter GmbH & Co. KG. Ingredient stubs cite the corresponding English Wikipedia articles. gs1_prefix_owner is `derived` from the brand-owner evidence, as the brief prescribes. Not done: no manufacturer product page exists for this variant (ritter-sport.com is JavaScript-rendered and the international product list does not carry White Hazelnuts), so there is no manufacturer citation for ingredients or nutrition; no family stub, as no source lists other variants of this line.Diff
