Ritter Sport Joghurt is a 100 g square bar of milk chocolate filled with a skimmed-milk yogurt cream that makes up 45 per cent of the bar, sold in the white wrapper of the Bunte Vielfalt range.[^pack-2020][^pack-2020-front][^wiki-de] An English export wrapper names it Yogurt, "with a refreshing yogurt filling".[^pack-export-2015-front] It is made by Alfred Ritter GmbH & Co. KG in Waldenbuch, Germany, and American importers list it as a product of Germany.[^pack-2016][^edelweiss] The maker calls it the world's first yogurt chocolate, launched in 1971, with a cream of skimmed-milk yogurt containing live cultures.[^maker]
Photographs of the German-language wrapper trace three recipes.
