The page had no Ingredients section because no label statement exists for this barcode: the 2019 Open Food Facts photo shows the front of a wraparound label only. I hunted the statement through the brewery's site, both Lorraine retailer listings, Saveur Bière, E.Leclerc, Cora, Supermarchés Match, Super U, BienManger, a bare-barcode web search and the Wayback Machine, and found none (Saveur Bière, Super U, Cora and Match wall the fetch service). Instead of inventing a list or declaring an exemption I recorded what is sourced: an Ingredients row of kind `recipe` for ingredient/barley-malt on a new unconfirmed observation `recipe-2023`, citing Régis Bouillon's France 3 interview of 2023-08-08 ("Nous utilisons du malt pilsen", malt exclusively French) with the 2009 Malts & Houblons tasting note ("réalisée à partir de malt d'orge, par infusion") in the row note. New: an Allergen declarations section, gluten/contains from the brewery's own "Présence de gluten" indicator on the Loup Blond page; a second FR Markets row, Dragées et Chocolats at EUR 4.20, 33 cl, 5 % alc., in stock on 2026-09-14; and two References rows, `maltsethoublons` and `dragees`. The `maker-bottle-2026` observation now covers the brewery's beer page as well as the bottle render, with the gluten indicator and the absence of any list or panel there noted, and its source moved from ^makerbottle to ^maker. Corrected: the About sentence about French pilsner malt carried no [^ref] marker and now cites ^france3 and ^maltsethoublons with the quotation. Sharpened the gaps rather than dropping them: the old ingredients gap guessed that related beers print a list, so I checked, and the 33 cl siblings Noiraude ("Eau, malt de blé, malt d'orge, houblon, levure") and Gamote do print one and carry nutrition photos. That is now cited to ^offnoiraude and ^offgamote and is the reason no Article 16(4) exemption is declared for either the list or the panel, even though a 5 % vol drink may omit both. Unresolved and recorded: this label's own ingredient list, its nutrition panel, the printed net content (33 cl still rests on the maker visual and barcode-free listings) and the missing back-label photo. | |
