I reused the brand/brasserie-des-cimes and company/brasserie-des-cimes stubs another agent had just created. **Identity:** OFF photo 1 (back label, 2017) prints the barcode, "Alc.5,9% Vol - 33 cl" and "Elaboré par : Brasserie des Cimes, 152 av de St Simond, F-73100 Aix les Bains". Photos 3 and 2 (front label and ingredient strip, 2021) match it, and so does the maker's Piste Noire page. **Ingredients:** Two observations. The 2021 label reads "Eau, Malt d'orge, Houblon, Levure." The maker's 2026 page adds CO2 and is marked unconfirmed for this barcode. The 2017 back label has no ingredient list, only "Contient du malt d'orge". **Nutrition:** No panel is printed. I recorded an exemption under EU 1169/2011 Art. 16(4) (drinks over 1.2% alcohol), citing legislation.gov.uk. Piste Noire is an amber beer from Brasserie des Cimes, sold in 33 cl glass bottles at 5.9% alcohol; the back label says the brewery's beers are brewed in Aix-les-Bains, Savoie.[^off-back-2017] The brewery was founded in 1998 and first brewed Piste Noire in 2001 as an all-malt amber beer with caramel notes.[^cimes-histoire] The maker now calls it a filtered amber ale and sells it in 33 cl, 3×33 cl, 75 cl, 2 L and 16 L keg formats.[^cimes-piste-noire] The 2021 label lists water, barley malt, hops and yeast.[^off-label-2021] Like other drinks over 1.2% alcohol, it is exempt from the EU nutrition declaration.[^eu-1169-art16]
