Identity confirmed by Rexel's own fr-fr, fr-be, nl-nl and it-it catalogue pages, which print this EAN (fetch gtin_found verdict: listing), and by La Poste's listing, which prints the EAN and names LEITZ ACCO Brands GmbH & Co KG as the GPSR manufacturer contact. Open Food Facts holds this barcode as a food called "Plastique comestible"; its front photo shows the tray, but its nutrition photo is a drink panel from an unrelated product, so no nutrition was taken and only OFF image 1 (the tray) is copied. Brand owner is ACCO Brands (Rexel legal notice; Wikipedia on the 2017 Esselte acquisition).
