Identity confirmed from the Discogs release 2844164 (barcode text 8 2796-94581-1 2) and its back-cover/label photos; tracks, credits, runouts and the printed US distributor from Discogs; album context from Wikipedia. Amazon US searched (only reissues and another barcode found) and recorded as a markets gap. Appended the 2016 SRC Vinyl reissue (888750629913, Discogs 8332751) to the family variants.. Nothing Is Sound is the fifth studio album by the American alternative rock band Switchfoot, released on 13 September 2005; it debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold by the RIAA.[^wiki-album] This barcode is the original US vinyl edition, a single 12-inch stereo LP on Columbia with catalogue number C 94581, the twelve album tracks split six per side, and a lyric and credit inner sleeve.[^discogs-lp] It was produced by John Fields and Switchfoot and mastered by Ted Jensen; the back cover names Columbia Records, a division of Sony BMG Music Entertainment, as manufacturer and distributor.[^discogs-lp] A shrink-wrap sticker advertised the single "Stars".[^discogs-lp]
Among the 2005 editions this is the only vinyl pressing; the album returned to vinyl in March 2016 as a double LP on SRC Vinyl (SRC068) under barcode 888750629913.[^discogs-master][^discogs-reissue]
