Produced by Eric Valentine, it was released through Epic and Daylight Records on 5 October 2004.[^wiki] The album came out in two versions with different cover artwork and a different bonus track.[^wiki] This "Death" version, catalogue number EK 92934, closes with "Meet My Maker" and the hidden track "Wounded".[^discogs] The "Life" version, EK 92425, carries a different barcode.[^discogs-life] The disc is credited © and ℗ 2004 Sony BMG Music Entertainment and was pressed by DADC.[^discogs] The album debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 and was certified platinum.[^wiki]
