Nothing cites any product under that number, and the Open Food Facts record filed there is mis-keyed: its own back-label photograph prints `8 13121 02119 5`. I skipped the wanted row with that reason and built the page for the barcode the pack actually carries, `0813121021195`, which was free and unclaimed. The mis-keyed record's photograph is kept here as evidence for the earlier label revision, credited to Open Food Facts, and the mis-keying is recorded as a research gap. **Sources.** Label transcribed from the Open Food Facts photographs (back panel 2026-06-27, corroborated by the 2025-07-26 shelf photo; front 2026-06-27 and 2021-10-30); maker's product page and *Our Journey* history page on pressed.com; the Amazon listing whose product-details table prints UPC 813121021195 (server fetch verdict `listing`). The Probiotic Shot is a 2 fl oz (59 ml) single-serve cold-pressed juice from Pressed Juicery, Inc. of Culver City, California, sold refrigerated in a small rPET bottle signed with the company's lower-case *pressed* wordmark.[^front2026] The blend is apple, red cabbage, lemon and ginger juice with live cultures carried on tapioca starch, and the maker states that each bottle delivers two billion CFUs of *Bacillus coagulans* to support digestion.[^pressed] The back panel declares 100 % juice, 20 calories, 5 g of carbohydrate and 4 g of sugars with no added sugars, and warns that the shot is made in a facility that also processes tree nuts.[^label2026] Pressed began in 2010 as a 25-square-foot juice window in Brentwood, Los Angeles, and now sells through its own stores, its website and grocery retailers across the United States.[^journey]

A bottle photographed in November 2022 carried a Los Angeles distributor address, a front signed "pressed." without the JUICERY wordmark, the deposit marking "CA CRV HI 5¢" and an ingredient list that placed tapioca starch on its own before the cultures; bottles photographed in July 2025 and June 2026 give the Culver City address, add Maine to the deposit marking and move the tapioca starch inside the cultures bracket.[^label2022][^label2026] The printed nutrition panel is unchanged between the two.
