A Girl Like Me is the second studio album by Barbadian singer Rihanna, released in April 2006 by SRP Records and Def Jam Recordings.[^wiki-album] This barcode is the UK and Irish special edition, an enhanced CD in a jewel case with a twelve-page booklet, catalogue number 9878575, carrying fourteen tracks including two bonus tracks.[^discogs] MusicBrainz dates its release to 21 April 2006 in Ireland and 24 April 2006 in the United Kingdom.[^musicbrainz] The recording is copyright The Island Def Jam Music Group and exclusively licensed to Mercury Records Ltd., a Universal Music company, and the disc is marked Made in the EU.[^discogs] The old Barcodepedia page described it in 2008 as a UK pressing on Def Jam.[^old-barcodepedia]
