The maker's page (sealtest.ca, Half and Half Cream 10%) lists a 1 L size, available in Ontario. Sealtest Half & Half Cream 10% M.F. is a coffee cream with 10% milk fat, sold in Ontario in a 1-litre carton.[^sealtest-hh][^dfc] Agropur Cooperative markets it in Canada under licence, because Sealtest is a registered trademark of Unilever PLC.[^sealtest-hh] Besides milk and cream, the label lists carrageenan, disodium phosphate, mono- and diglycerides and sodium citrate, and the current carton says it is UHT pasteurized.[^off] Dairy Farmers of Canada counts this carton among products with its Blue Cow logo for Canadian milk.[^dfc] The label has changed: a carton photographed in 2020 printed 15 Calories and 10 mg of sodium per tablespoon, while a December 2025 carton and the maker's page give 20 Calories and 15 mg.[^off][^sealtest-hh]
Sealtest began at National Dairy Products, the forerunner of Kraft, and Unilever bought it with Breyers in 1993. The name reached Canada in 1961 with Dominion Dairies, passed to Ault Foods in 1981, and went with Ault's Ontario fluid milk business to Agropur in 1996 and 1997.[^wikisealtest] The 2006–2013 Barcodepedia listed this barcode in 2008 as "Sealtest 10% Cream Half & Half", 1 litre.[^bp2008]
