Chef Boyardee Lasagna is a 15 oz (425 g) can of lasagna pasta in tomato sauce with beef, heated in a microwave or on the stove.[^pack] The can photographed in November 2025 names Conagra Brands, Inc. of Chicago and reads "Pasta in Tomato Sauce Seasoned with Hearty Meat"; the 2009 Barcodepedia page gave the earlier descriptor "Pasta with Chunky Tomato & Meat Sauce".[^pack][^bp2009] A bilingual Canadian label, "Lasagna / Lasagnes", states Product of U.S.A.[^pack-ca] Conagra completed the sale of the Chef Boyardee brand to Hometown Food Company, a Brynwood Partners portfolio company, on 3 June 2025.[^conagra-sale] The photographed can, USDA's GDSN record and Open Food Facts give three different ingredient lists.[^usda][^off]
