Original Sauce 15 oz is the United States resealable glass bottle of A.1.'s standard brown sauce, which Kraft Heinz describes as a blend of tomatoes, crushed oranges, garlic and spices for steak, burgers, chicken and pork.[^kh] USDA FoodData Central names Kraft Heinz Foods Company as brand owner,[^usda] and the bottle photographed in March 2024 prints the name of International Gourmet Specialties LLC of Pittsburgh beside the Kraft Heinz logo.[^photo-ing] The sauce descends from a London recipe of 1824 renamed A.1. in 1873; Kraft took over the North American brand with Nabisco in 1999 and dropped "Steak" from the name in 2014.[^enwiki-a1] The 2009 Barcodepedia page listed this barcode as "A1 Steak Sauce, 15 OZ".[^archive]
