Eine Form von Gewalt is the second album by the German rock singer and songwriter Heinz Rudolf Kunze, after Reine Nervensache (1981), and this is its German compact disc, issued by WEA in 1988 under catalogue number 2292-44140-2.[^wp-de-hrk][^discogs-1988][^musicbrainz] The album first appeared on LP on 18 March 1982 as WEA 58 440.[^hrk-werkzeug] Its ten songs were recorded and mixed at Rüssl Studio with Kunze's first band, Mick Franke, Hendrik Schaper, Joschi Kappl and Joachim Luhrmann, and produced by Franke and Thomas Kuckuck.[^hrk-werkzeug] It won the Deutscher Schallplattenpreis in 1982.[^wp-de-hrk] The disc carries © and ℗ WEA Musik GmbH.[^discogs]
Kunze called the record, in March 1999, the best snapshot of his first band, assembled for him by Mick Franke.[^hrk-werkzeug] Discogs groups four LP pressings, a cassette (244 140-4) and three CD pressings under one master; all three CDs carry this barcode, two of them made by TELDEC Record Service GmbH, the Hamburg company that ran Warner's German manufacturing from May 1988 until it became Warner Music Manufacturing Europe in March 1991.[^discogs-master][^discogs][^discogs-b][^discogs-teldec] The record company, WEA Musik GmbH of Hamburg, took the name WEA Musik GmbH Neue Medien und Elektronikvertrieb in 1986 and became Warner Music Germany GmbH in 1990.[^discogs-wea-musik]
