The first is the USDA Branded Foods record fdc_id 2522511: brand owner Pepsi-Cola North America Inc., package 3 L/3.17 QT, serving 355 ml, and an aspartame + acesulfame K ingredient statement. The second is the Oklahoma DHS Healthy Food Waiver UPC list (27 Jan 2026), which names this GTIN "Diet Pepsi 3 L Bottle". The same list gives the 6 x 16.9 oz pack its own barcode, 012000171956, so this one is not a multipack. The page has the ingredients (9 rows, using existing ingredient pages), USDA's per-100 ml nutrition as a normalised panel, the gs1_prefix_owner row pointing to company/pepsico (sourced, as the stub states it), and US Markets rows from USDA and the Oklahoma list.
