The March/April 1994 issue of Old Cars Price Guide, an American magazine of collector-car values published by Krause Publications of Iola, Wisconsin.[^scm-krause][^wiki-krause] Chet Krause started the price guide in 1977, six years after founding Old Cars Weekly, and with it set the 1-to-5 condition rating scale for collector cars that most car publications still use, later extended with a sixth grade for parts cars.[^scm-krause] A used copy of this issue was listed on eBay US in November 2020 under the later title Old Cars Report Price Guide.[^upcitemdb]
Krause Publications was bought by F+W in 2002, and its magazines were divided among new owners when F+W's assets were auctioned in 2019.[^wiki-krause] Old Cars Report Price Guide stopped as a standalone magazine after its November/December 2022 issue, and its pricing moved into a quarterly section of Old Cars magazine.[^ocw-transfer]
