Wind-up Records, LLC, legally Wind-up Entertainment, Inc. until 2004, was founded in 1997 by Alan Meltzer, former owner of CD One Stop, and his wife Diana Meltzer, after they bought Grass Records in 1996. It was based in New York City. Besides the label it ran publishing companies and a retail, online and tour merchandising business.[^wiki-windup] Wind-up Entertainment, Inc. holds the ℗ and © on the European CD edition of Evanescence's Fallen.[^discogs-eu] In May 2015 Concord bought the rest of the label, after the Bicycle Music Company had bought much of the back catalogue in 2013.[^wiki-windup]
